The website www.watchmodcustom.com is owned and operated by WATCHMODCUSTOM.

Article 2 - Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all product sales made through the website www.watchmodcustom.com. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these TCS. The company reserves the right to modify the TCS at any time. The applicable TCS are those in effect on the date the order is placed.
Article 3 - Products
WATCHMODCUSTOM offers customized watches and parts for watch modification. Our products are independently designed and assembled in our workshop.
Independence and Non-Affiliation:
WATCHMODCUSTOM is an independent workshop. We are not affiliated with any watch brand. Our products, modifications, and services are performed without any connection to the original manufacturers of the watches we modify. All mentioned brands belong to their respective owners and are used only for reference purposes in the customization and modification process.
Article 4 - Prices
Product prices are listed in EUR, USD and GBP inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are free of charge. WATCHMODCUSTOM reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5 - Orders
Customers place orders by selecting the desired products and adding them to their cart. After confirming the cart, the customer is asked to provide the necessary information for processing the order (name, address, contact information, etc.). The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.
WATCHMODCUSTOM reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, non-payment of the relevant order, or for any other legitimate reason.
Article 6 - Payment
Orders are paid online using the payment methods offered on the website www.watchmodcustom.com (credit card, PayPal). Payment is due at the time of ordering. Transactions are secured using encryption protocols to ensure data confidentiality.
In the event of a payment failure, the order will be automatically canceled.
Article 7 - Shipping
WATCHMODCUSTOM ships products worldwide. Products are shipped from our workshop.
Shipping times depend on the delivery address and the shipping method chosen. An estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of the order, but these times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
WATCHMODCUSTOM commits to shipping the products within 2 to 3 weeks following order confirmation. In the event of delays beyond our control (for example, delays due to customs or the carrier), WATCHMODCUSTOM cannot be held responsible.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of the destination. WATCHMODCUSTOM covers all shipping costs at no additional charge to the customer.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Depending on the destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply. In the United States, orders under $800 are tax-free. Charges for other destinations are the responsibility of the customer, who is advised to check with local authorities. WATCHMODCUSTOM is not responsible for these charges.
Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, customers have a period of 7 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.
Article 9 - Warranties and Liability
The products sold on the website www.watchmodcustom.com are subject to the legal guarantees provided by the applicable law. WATCHMODCUSTOM guarantees that the products are fit for their intended use and free from material or manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
In the event of a non-conformity or a proven defect, the customer may request a product replacement. WATCHMODCUSTOM shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow the instructions provided with the product.
Article 10 - Protection of Personal Data
WATCHMODCUSTOM is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers by complying with applicable data protection laws. The information collected when placing an order is necessary for processing the order and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s prior consent, except as required by law.

Article 11 - Disputes
These TCS are governed by U.S. law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is encouraged to contact WATCHMODCUSTOM's customer service department to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district where the headquarters of WATCHMODCUSTOM is located.

The WATCHMODCUSTOM brand is registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) and is legally protected. Any unauthorized use of this brand, without the written consent of WATCHMODCUSTOM, constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
Prohibited Reproduction:
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, use, or exploitation, even partial, of the elements on the website without the express and written permission of WATCHMODCUSTOM is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of these elements would constitute a violation of copyright and/or intellectual property rights and could lead to legal proceedings.
